Current product baselineThe team can identify which CAD, drawings, BOM, software, and physical reference describe the aircraft being planned. Repeat-production intentA real milestone, customer need, funded program, or launch plan establishes why more than a demonstration unit is needed. BOM ownershipParts, approved sources, long-lead exposure, alternates, and customer-furnished material have named owners.
