BUILD EVIDENCE RULE

An artifact should make the decision reconstructable.

A useful production record identifies the product basis, work performed, evidence collected, exception path, decision authority, and release outcome. A polished image without that chain is decoration, not proof.

Who is responsible for the evidence?	A named internal source and reviewer are recorded.
What does it prove?	The exact scope and measurement basis are stated.
What is removed?	Customer, product, supplier, technical, and personal details are redacted as required.
Who approved publication?	Every required responsible role and customer approval is documented.
When is it reviewed again?	A current review or expiration date is assigned.

No evidence is better than invented evidence.

When an approved artifact is unavailable, the page stays with the honest evaluation template. It does not replace the gap with a logo wall, stock photograph, vague testimonial, or implied credential.
