TERMS / EFFECTIVE AUGUST 11, 2026
Build Guide Terms
These terms govern use of the Get Drones Built website. A separate written agreement governs any actual service engagement.
Bring the part, volume, material or process, and deadline. The build desk screens the route before anyone commits capacity or lead time.
Planning Content, Not Commitment
The site provides general manufacturing guidance and an email path for requesting a fit review. It is not engineering approval, manufacturing release, legal advice, export advice, a quotation, or a commitment of price, schedule, capacity, facility, credential, sourcing, quality, security, or compliance.
No engagement through email
Sending an RFQ email does not create a customer relationship, duty to accept work, confidentiality obligation, production commitment, or contract. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.
Allowed Use of These Guides
You may use the public guidance for internal evaluation. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent identity or authority.
Protected information
Do not send CUI, classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected, proprietary technical files, credentials, or other sensitive information in the initial email. A confidentiality agreement by itself does not establish an approved technical-data handling path.
Ownership of Build Content
The site’s original text, brand presentation, tools, and templates are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Your preexisting information remains yours. Ownership and permitted use of technical or production data must be defined in a separate agreement.
Third-party information
No third-party endorsement is implied. External regulatory, platform, or manufacturing information should be checked against its current primary source before a decision is made.
Availability and warranties
The site is provided on an informational basis and may be changed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the content is complete for a specific aircraft or program.
Contact
Use the component RFQ page for questions about these terms. Keep the message high level and non-sensitive.
