POLICY / EFFECTIVE AUGUST 11, 2026
Build Desk Privacy
This notice covers the limited data path behind the static build guides and user-initiated RFQ email.
Bring the part, volume, material or process, and deadline. The build desk screens the route before anyone commits capacity or lead time.
What This Static Site Records
There is no on-site lead form. The RFQ control opens a prefilled draft in the visitor’s own email application.
RFQ Details You Choose
The suggested message asks for a component, quantity, process or material, need-by date, and concise next-step context. Email handling is governed by the sender’s and recipient’s email systems and any later written engagement.
How the Email May Be Used
Details you choose to email may be used to screen factory fit, ask focused follow-up questions, respond, protect the exchange, and retain appropriate business records.
Retention and protection
RFQ records should be retained only as needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.
Control Your RFQ Information
Reply in the original RFQ thread to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Verification may be required before action.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not send CUI, classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected, proprietary design files, credentials, or sensitive personal information in the first email.
Notice Updates
This notice may change when the site or communication path changes. The effective date will be updated when a revised notice is published.
